Tuesday, October 11, 2022 - On the nose, it’s overripe strawberries and a farmyard aroma almost in the vein of manure (it smells better than it sounds), but there’s a spicy element to it like clove. Still juicy on the palate, showing plenty of tart cherries and raspberries, along with mulling spices, licorice, and a slightly herbaceous note like rosemary. The finish is bright and fruity, albeit a tad short-lived.
