Friday, January 20, 2023 - Dark red with bricky hues showing, 19 years in age. Cherry, violets on the nose. Dark fruits on the palate, bitter and sweet damson plums. Bit of new world big flavours. Some secondary flavours of pencils coming to the fore. Well balanced and medium finish. Flavoursome wine and should continue to drink well for another decade.
