Saturday, November 12, 2022 - Beautiful nose shows a little of big age: Marcona almond, dried apricot, dried pear, preserved lemon, and orchid. Nearly full bodied with round acid, the mouthfeel is glycerin in viscosity and texture. Flavors include pear, white peach, dried marigold petal, vanilla curd, and flinty minerality. This is starting to come into its own, and I think it probably has another two to four years of interesting development ahead.
