Thursday, March 16, 2023 - Aromas include cantaloupe, honeydew, fresh mint, papaya, lanolin, and graham cracker crust. Medium bodied with smooth, juicy acid and a lush, creamy mouthfeel. Flavors include lime flavored shaved ice, lactose, fresh mint, dried tarragon, melon, and sweet lime juice. This is quite complex with a lot of depth and bright juicy acid. This bottle is even better than the one we had in 11/22. We have two more bottles and I’m looking forward to stringing them out over the next four years.
