Sunday, June 4, 2023 - A lush, full-bodied white blend. Perhaps the richest Sauv Blanc blend I’ve ever had. Age has mellowed some of the funk I experienced in my first bottle a year ago. Oak is evident in the nose but subdued in the mouth. Long finish with white peach and a pleasant bitterness. Drank by itself, really enjoyable.
