Saturday, July 21, 2007 - Tasted as part of a 5 year vertical (2001-2005). The nose had sweet dark fruits and just a little spice. The palate was had jammy fruit, quite a bit of spice, and some leather and chocolate flavors. This vintage had more acidity and pep than the 2001 did.
