Thursday, March 12, 2020 - first bottle from my first skinner auction, decanted but drank a half glass right after aerating, not sure at the moment, seems quite mellow with surprisingly little sediment even though cork broke in 1/2 when removed. going to keep trying a few sips throughout the night as it decants longer to see if it changes.
