Friday, May 6, 2011 - First Growth Night 2011 (PRIMA): nose - a wicked nose of fermenting cranberry, mushroom, Asian spices, and tea. Duane and Brian picked out Bing cherry. This was fun to sit around and smell. In the mouth i found the cranberry and cherry flavors somewhat tight. I couldnt get a good read on it, strikes me as being shut down. Either that or I was shutting down. Probably just needs more bottle age.
