Wednesday, April 22, 2015 - From magnum. Decanted a couple of hours before service. This wine is still very young, with no color change whatsoever. Super jammy, with a ton of black fruit bursting out with some vanilla backing it up. The decanting tames the alcohol heat, so definitely give it some air time. Pairs perfectly with braised beef short rib. Years of life left, so no hurry to drink.
