Tuesday, December 20, 2022 - Fragrant herbaceous nose with earthy, ripe blackberries and clove. The same aromatics are found on the palate which is lively, bitter and liquorice. Medium to full-bodied on the mid-palate. Finish is dry and velvety. Need more time for the tannins to resolve.
