Saturday, November 4, 2023 - Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Beautiful youthful nose displaying generous yellow citrus fruit with a hint of white, lemon curd, white peach, kiwi, strong beeswax, white flowers, vanilla and wet stone. Gooseberry/SB note really kicks in. Very good concentration, generous yellow citrus/Gooseberry, oily and generous but also showing a good balance, perfect amount of acidity, strong mineral, and a long yellow citrus fruit driven finish with beeswax at the end. This is a classic Domaine de Chevalier Blanc. Drinking really well.
