Tuesday, November 14, 2023 - Outstanding on its own. But was great with salmon and asparagus, cheese and also with Turkey and stuffing. Initially musty, funky. Opens to a deep citrus. Salinity gives way to a nice mouth feel and a nice straw and grapefruit (with a touch of banana cream?) finish. I'm sure this can age well but it is very fun now. 91+
