Friday, February 24, 2023 - Interesting tasting and talk with the
enthusiastic Francois Mitjavile, the owner at Chateau Tertre Roteboeuf. What makes his wines truly special, is the fine grained tannins and the phenolic maturation. The wines feel light and drinkable quite early. The 2017 has aromas of blackberry, plum, cherry, cedar, coffee, chocolate and earthy notes. Very elegant and long.
