Saturday, January 27, 2018 - Spicy, peppery, green fruit, mulberry, very well rounded. Extremely drinkable, very smooth. Surprising amount of fresh acidity, doesn't taste like a 30 year old wine. Beautifully preserved with a perfect cork, the first bottle we opened was absolutely beautiful. Amazing with lamb on a balmy Summer evening on the balcony.
