Monday, May 20, 2019 - So much better than this should be for the price. Plenty of tropical and fleshy fruit, but rendered so austerely and shot through with such crunchy mineral and searing acid that this comes across like Brut Nature Champagne. Bubbles are fewer than in most Txakoli, but the texture of what's there is superfine and pleasing. Wish I'd bought a lot more.
