Monday, March 18, 2024 - Nose: Woodsy and spicy nose with sanded mahogany, espresso and cinnamon. Palate: Shockingly remains tannic, but that core of tannin is hanging onto beautiful notes of blackberry, chestnut, clove and spiced cherry.

A great wine from a strict vintage, that created a fantastic comparison with the 1929 beside it. Drank with EC.
