Tuesday, August 6, 2019 - This shows good cut, focus, and balance, with lemons, green apples, and honeydew atop a bed of citrus blossom. There's something green too, like a swoosh of minty complexity. It's pretty tasty, and develops a tactile pungency and white pepper persistence the longer it sits in the glass.
