Saturday, February 22, 2020 - Had a 2017 of this in 2020 which I suspect colored the experience.
Color: pale straw
Nose: white flowers quite prominent. Stone fruit, pear and almond
Palate: fresh with a hint of sweet (this is aaaalmost off dry) and nuts as it hits the tongue. Honeysuckle, pear and apple. Some cashew. Some mineralogy as well, with a little stone. Medium acidity. Medium body
Finish: short with acidity and fresh
