Sunday, March 11, 2012 - This was compelling wine with tar, brett, roasted smoked beef, raw beets, pink peppercorns, stewed red berries, and blueberry pie, schist, wet dirt. Great with roast pork but, with smoked blueberry chutney, and smoked tri tip, boiled potatoes, roasted corn with cojtilo cheese and fresh parsely. The clarity of the wine was gone. Cloudy and serious bricking. Good finish and length with tart cherry.
