Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Huge smoky mineral nose. There's pure white peach, lemon and mint too. It is direct and deep, tight and compact at first. It unfurls in the glass to show delicate white flower and chalk notes. Great shape and balance and so much dry extract to the long finish. Far too young!
