Wednesday, July 17, 2019 - Napa 2019; 7/14/2019-7/18/2019: Tasting with Will at Rivers Marie. Lovely red fruit profile with tannins still holding this one back. Oak in play but complimentary. Every bit as good as the Rivers Marie Panek we had at the same tasting. Room to run up a point or two once this integrates. I would not hesitate to pop one with only a year or two cellaring and some air time. A great effort. I am a buyer.

7/17/2019 8:58:00 PM - The only TRB Wines we tried were the ‘17 Panek and ‘17 NV. Didn’t taste any others. Spent most of our time on Will’s William & Mary wines. Get on board with these! Wish I had more to report, but 17 yields are low even without fire impacts.
