Thursday, June 2, 2022 - Champagnes at Quan Xiang Yuan: First time trying this producer and despite his reputation for variability I was quite impressed. Very rich and it fooled me into thinking that it had a generous dosage so I guessed that it was a house champagne. Had a good tension and nervosity nevertheless, people who are into racy champagnes loved this. Became a little candied over time.
