95 Points

Thursday, April 4, 2019 - This ranks among the prettiest and most balanced New World Bordeaux tributes that I have crossed paths with. It features a sublimity uncommon to the New World and puts the mind to Margaux in all regards.

The bouquet reflects purity of place and blend. The mouthfeel and handling bend the mind, and the finish has no understanding of 'quit'. A lightly sweetened coco powder-like dustiness graces the wine with textural intrigue. Enjoy bottles over the next year or two, or bury bottles in the cellar for seven to ten years+. Stunning! 95-97.
