Saturday, March 15, 2014 - La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. From magnum open ~4 hours before I tasted. Lots of power and enticing spice with good apple flavors and lemon hints. Bottle from last year was slightly more exciting and better textured, but this tasting today was served slightly warm (between cellar and room temp).
