Friday, December 11, 2020 - Medium Gold
Apples, honey and lemon on the nose
Green apple, brioche, baking spice on the palate which was quite grippy and bubbles were fine
Definitely an "off-ice" wine
Despite the medium gold color already, this should do even better with some more age
