Nose: sour cherry, earth, undercurrent of barnyard, eucalyptus
Palate: black cherry, cocoa, cedar, pepper, blackberry
Mouthfeel: nice balance of fruit and tannin, pepper stills says around

Paired well with lamb leg roast.
