Monday, September 28, 2015 - Popped and double decanted for sediment. This starts out a bit suspect but pulls together very nicely with air. This wine is fully mature but not showing any earthy elements. Instead, it maintains its red fruit profile and a hint of sweetness. The structure is fully resolved. Great stuff. Drink now.
