Thursday, January 12, 2023 - Medium red with a brick rim.
Glazed red fruit. Savory brown spice. Funky animal hair lift along with some mahogany.
Drying savory palate. Mid palate flesh. Soft polished tannins and round mouthfeel. Layers of berry, brown spice, mahogany and animal. Slight charcutier profile.
Good depth but very funky and certainly old world. Too much brett and funk for me.
