Monday, December 11, 2023 - Not very aromatic but eventually opened to soft floral notes and strawberries. Fresh acidity and some tannic grip. Palate of red berries and a long spicy finish. I felt like this is in an in-between phase - not youthful fruit but not fully developed tertiary elements either.
