Wednesday, June 27, 2018 - Domaine Roumier Cellar Visit and Tasting (Day 4, Visit 2) (Chambolle-Musigny): Barrel tasting at the domaine. Lots of complex red and black fruit here, less ethereal vs Amoureuses, but greater concentration. Magic in a glass already.

100% whole cluster. ML complete, with the barrels (1 new, 1/2 neutral) SO2'ed a few days earlier. Christophe made an assemblage of the 2 barrels, taking from the top of the barrels because he adds SO2 using a pill in the lees.
