Saturday, April 20, 2019 - This one is right in my wheelhouse. Pale straw in color. Pleasant lemon/pineapple, wet limestone, saline and oyster shell aromas. The same lemon, pineapple and limestone on the palate with great minerality and a long medium acidic finish. Only downside is all that minerality and limestone fade after a while in the glass, leaving the last a bit flat. Bought two of these but am going to have to stock up because we could drink this all summer.
