Wednesday, January 2, 2019 - From Coravin. Took a while to open and show ripe red cherry, berry, cream, vanilla and slightly peppery spice with a very slight herbaceous underpin. In the mouth similar flavours though it's surprisingly juicy, perhaps even a little sharp, there is only the faintest tannic burr and it finishes with plenty of alcohol warmth. Hmm
