Friday, May 26, 2023 - Splash decanted and consumed over a couple of hours. Slight dried fruits, ripe blackberry and plum, a little herbaceousness, touch of savoury spice. In the mouth it's softly engaging, those dark hued fruits take precedence over the more desiccated notes, the barest tannic whisper. Alcohol warmth is present here as well though not intrusive. Hmm
