On the nose I get white fruits, White peach. Some White pepper. On the palate I get a slightly Citrus profile but it’s developed a touch more yellow fruits and roundness than a year ago. Element of flintiness and salinity. Touch of smoke. Soft mouth feel. Lovely balance. Lots of energy.
