Thursday, December 10, 2020 - Drink with Wiener schnitzel, this was perfect, rich but refreshing, lowish alcohol.
Red cherries on the nose,
Autumn fruits zingy acidity, earthy spicy notes, some forest floor notes. A little tannin and a slight acetic note. Nothing frightening and it works really well with rich food. Very drinkable and delicious. Sweet fruity finish. One for Burgundy lovers.
Last glass of this and it has developed a rose petal like aroma. Very nice.
