Monday, January 19, 2015 - To my palate this is still showing well. Straw to slight golden with melon and restrained citrus (not the overwhelming grapefruit of warmer climates) on the nose. On the palate, it showed more tropical and still with acidity to balance. The finish wasn't as rich and long as remembered it, but it got better the longer it was open. I gassed and kept half of the bottle for a 2nd night and it was as long and luscious as it was 3-4 years ago. While not declining to my tastes, I wouldn't hold one for improvement.
