Wednesday, March 1, 2023 - Decanted 1 hour, with Beef Bourguignon. Well along its maturity plateau. Very light fruit but still moderate intensity with tertiary flavours aplenty. Definite floral aspect in the moderate finish. Still a delicious wine at 23 years old.
