Monday, March 11, 2019 - Take out Chinese so naturally opened a '17 Wirz Vineyard Riesling. Fresh, vibrant, floral with that hint of petrol, creamy lemon pith, keylime, beautiful texture with just a bit of viscous semi-waxy feel, cleansing acidity and a fairly long finish. I wish I knew how this would age but I have a very hard time keeping my hands off all of the Bedrock whites I have.
