Reduction and whetstone. Closed. Mineral and chalky. A hint of floral and fresh berry. Whetstone. Creamy cheesy lees. A hint of petroleum.
Dry. Mineral whetstone. There is a fresh white berry profile. The petroleum carries through on the palate. Slightly phenolic. Sweet mid palate. It’s fresh.
Interesting but faulty due to slight reduction.
