Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - The best American Riesling in memory I can say I have ever had.
The granite and limestone minerality predominate, with a touch of grapefruit and pineapple. The neutral wood does little other than add to the richness. The acidity in this exceptionally-balanced wine makes it a perfect match for many kinds of food...better to do that than as a quaffer...unless you have a second bottle! Drink now.
