Saturday, March 30, 2019 - Very interesting Shiraz that needs at least an hour to decant to fully appreciate its fruit and complexity. What starts as a closed mid 80’s wine evolves into a gem with dark berry fruit, lavender and cassis. Hints of earth notes are in the palate but the wine becomes more expressive with each minute after an hour decant.
