Sunday, December 21, 2008 - This wine, like all Dead Arm's, is a superior tipple that does best with 4-6 years of bottle age. Almost French in its required maturation. Drank it therefore too soon but could taste the fine tannins, beautiful balance and promise of things to come after a 3 hour decant. Own and save. will be perfect around 2015
