Tuesday, December 25, 2018 - A nice deep, fruit forward Malbec from Napa. The blackberry, pomegranate, and bell pepper nose leads to bold dark red fruits with vanilla cream, spice, smooth tannins, and earth. A bit tart at PnP but smooths out well after a 1 hour decant. Quite a lengthy, smooth finish with enough tartness to keep it interesting but not overpowering or puckerish. Very drinkable right now after a short decant.
