Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Brought this to a wine dinner at Phoenix Garden (Ngee Ann City). Theme of the Evening: Langton's Exceptional Cabernet Dinner. Wines were served two at a time for comparison and contrast.

Pale straw gold in colour. Has grace and charm, with light notes of prunes and unripe pineapples. As compared to the 2018 Cloudburst Chardonnay, this wine behaves like a delicate, shy lady who sashays her way effortlessly around the room, charming all at the dining table with her grace and charm.
