Friday, July 1, 2022 - South Africa Wimps (Trompette): Had been double decanted a few hours prior to drinking. On the nose - wow - open for business. This has years ahead of it i feel - I actually enjoyed this the least of the three wines in this flight, but I suspect that that is largely because this wine demands more effort just now - give it a decade or two and this will be just starting to blossom.
