Thursday, June 20, 2019 - Sweet, old, dusty raspberry and cassis fruit with a whiff of decay but not death. Very multi-faceted; spicy accents (cardamom, anise), leather, sous-bois. Fine-boned. The nose is a little smudged, but the lack of delineation could have been from fine suspended sediment - the wine was a little cloudy.
