Monday, December 19, 2011 - Murky nose of molasses, dark, burnt sugar, burnt peel. Good acid on the palate, lively, citrus peel. Really perfect. Bright like it is young. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 5.5/6, Finish - 5.5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 2/2 = 18/20.
