Tuesday, April 25, 2023 - Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Pleased to be trying this again after three years. 100% Nebbiolo. Pale amber. Tart red cherry, raspberry, red flowers, medicinal herbs, earth and just a touch of oak spice from 24 mos in very large French and Slavonian oak casks. Dry, with med+ to high acidity, med+, polished tannins and med alcohol (13%.) Med to med+ body, w/ med+ intensity and length. Beautifully balanced, w/ an elegant structure, and remarkably age-worthy.
