Monday, January 4, 2021 - A little tight on day 1, opened up by day 2 to reveal lovely red fruits - strawberries, raspberries, cherries. Fresh green leafy vegetables. Ripe bananas. Light and delicate texture. Medium-plus acidity. Very surprising to see 14%, drinks well under that.
