Thursday, December 1, 2022 - Jadotfest 2022 (Medlar, London): Love this. There is a charming macadamia nut character to the nose with the faintest suggestion of dulce de leche sweetness. Some macaron too with bright stone fruits. Palate is beautifully textured with just the right amount of acidity. Classic white Burg. My wine of the night.
